I just sat for almost 2 hours listening to absolutely nothing of value with Nicole Wallace in the background.

If #MSNBC wants to retain its viewers, it needs to start talking about the ramifications of what Trump and Musk are doing in specific terms.

The stock market went back up today in anticipation of the CR passing, which it did, and Trump supporters claim he's doing everything right.

I'm pretty much finished with TV "news".

I almost stroked out watching Sen Chuck Schumer on Chris Hayes' show. Every real argument Chris threw at him for Dems not voting for cloture Schumer ignored. Such a piece of shit. Chris asks "Hey, the Federal employees union says don't vote for cloture?" Chucky looked like he hadn't even considered the fact that the very employees who will be the most directly harmed want Dems to vote No. A disgrace.

#WaPo #editorial by Catherine Rampell who is headed to #MSNBC to co-host the evening edition of "The Weekend" details #Drumpf's petty purges of accessible govt #data that " have been faster and more sweeping — picking off not just select #factoids but entire troves of public information." "deleting #taxpayer-funded data — information that Americans use to make sense of the world. In its absence, the president can paint the world as he pleases."

Ever wondered why the shows of Joy Reed, Alex Wagner, Katie Phang, Jonathan Capehart, and Ayman Mohyldin on #MSNBC were cancelled? What do all those people have in common?

Here is an explanation:
currentaffairs.org/news/why-di

You don't have to agree ideologically or otherwise with someone in order to defend the need for their opinion to be heard. That's how democracies work. That's also how evolution works, and why mono-cultures die when the environment where they flourished changes.

www.currentaffairs.orgWhy Did MSNBC Cancel Joy Reid? Some speculated that racism explains the firing of the liberal anchor. But MSNBC doesn't have a problem with Black hosts. They have a problem with pro-Palestine ones.

"The news channel has nixed or demoted their most progressive anchors, all of whom are people of color. These are the hosts who have drawn the most ire from Donald Trump’s online warriors, according to Dave Zirin of The Nation (2/28/25). They are also some of the few who were willing to air the network’s rare criticism of Israel. In their stead, MSNBC has elevated Democratic Party apparatchiks and a center-right never-Trumper. "

Nicole Wallace is not liberal. She was GWB communication director during the Iraq War. Yet even Wallace gets MAGA hate for pointing out the hypocrisy of Trump honoring a child cancer victim while cutting cancer research funding that saved the boys life.

She also reminded viewers that Trump pardoned the J6 insurrectionists that attacked police officers. 5 died. The boy wants to be a cop . Free speech was saved by Musk right?

“Eugene Daniels, a White House correspondent for Politico, is joining #MSNBC full-time as a host.

The Comcast Corp.-owned news channel announced Monday that Daniels, 36, will join the morning edition of “The Weekend,” a three-hour program airing Saturdays and Sundays. He will be joined by Washington Post journalist Jonathan Capehart and another co-host to be named soon.”

I’m watching #MSNBC and a host asked what is the red line? When do people protest?

How low must Trump go?

I think Trump can go this low👇🏼

If protests get large enough, #Trump will declare martial law. When or if the protests become violent, that’s when #Trump orders #Hegseth to order active duty military to fire on protesters.

#BunkerBoy #DictatorTrump wanted to shoot protesters in the legs during his first term. Now he doesn’t have guard rails.
