Kevin LaRose, #SlavaUkraini<p>Ever since the election I’ve seen several memes which basically boil down to don’t sacrifice friendships because of politics. In the past, I more or less went along with that. Now, though, I’m not so sure. If someone I consider a friend is okay with casting their vote for a group of people who want to actually harm large numbers of people, including me and, ironically, probably them, I’d at least want a good answer as to why. We’re far beyond just disagreeing on foreign and monetary policy. The <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/GOP" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GOP</span></a> has abandoned basic humanity, and if people are okay enough with that to vote for it I’m not sure common ground could be found. <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/JustSaying" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>JustSaying</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/ActionsHaveConsequences" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ActionsHaveConsequences</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/MondayMusings" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MondayMusings</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/WeAreSoScrewed" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>WeAreSoScrewed</span></a></p>
