's recent album Lindeville is wonderfully weird, especially for a mainstream(ish) album. A concept record about a small town full of oddball characters, complete with Who Sell Out-style fake commercials (Ronnie's Pawn Shop, Forkem Family Funeral Home, etc). Songs still v. catchy, like "Brenda Put Your Bra On."

If you’re a fan, don’t miss this 2015 Beacon show they posted to Nugs recently. Very unusual set, full of early deep cuts and quite mellow.
